Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager (Aquatic) on a casual basis to oversee daily operations with a strong emphasis on safety and service quality at the Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre in NSW. The role requires energetic leadership, transparent communication, and the ability to manage a diverse patron group.
You will lead lifeguard teams, coordinate shifts, and ensure compliance with safety standards while delivering excellent customer service. A national police check is required.
