Responsibilities

- Film Koste team members
- Capture property and construction content
- Attend relevant site visits
- Edit short and long-form video
- Turn technical concepts into understandable stories
- Repurpose content across platforms




- Maintain a practical content calendar
- Support social publishing and project photography
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager
- Improve the consistency of Koste's visual content

Experience

- Strong filming and editing skills
- Ability to produce professional work without a large production crew
- Good storytelling and short-form video ability
- Strong visual standards
- Comfort working with senior professionals
- Ability to simplify technical subjects
- Interest in property, construction or business
- Ability to work quickly and consistently
- Property or construction experience is desirable but not essential for an excellent creator.
