The Department of Health, Tasmania, is seeking casual Community Care Aides to perform essential household and personal care duties as documented in each client’s care plan. You will relocate equipment to clients’ homes and provide timely feedback to the Community Health team about changes in health status.
This fixed-term, casual role is on an as-required basis, commencing as soon as possible for approximately 24 months.
