The Opportunity

As an NSBC Group School Driver,



you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, ensuring a comfortable and secure journey while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a bus on designated school routes.

Conduct pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students during transit.

Maintain adherence to all road laws, company policies, and operational procedures.

Communicate professionally with students, parents, schools, and colleagues.

Report incidents, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly.

Maintain accurate records as required.

Mandatory Requirements:

To be considered, applicants must hold:

A valid NSW MR Driver's Licence or higher.

An NSW Bus Driver Authority Card

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Minimum of 1 year of bus or coach driving experience

Valid PR or Citizenship or have valid working rights for Australia

Know their way around Sydney
