Selling Sales Manager New Vehicles - Omoda Jaecoo

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Person or an existing Assistant Sales Manager that is ready to lead their own team.

As the Assistant Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager, giving you the opportunity to lead & coach our high energy Omoda Jaecoo Sales Team. This is a hybrid "selling assistant manager" role where you will manage the teams performance while closing your own deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and support junior sales consultants to hit individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Showroom Sales: Lead by example by closing sales and delivering a premium, no-fuss customer buying experience.
- CRM & Process Management: Drive compliance using automotive CRM and inventory software to track and follow up all digital and walk-in leads.

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 3+ years of automotive dealership new vehicle sales experience. (essential)




- Proven history of exceeding sales targets.
- Natural leadership potential with strong coaching and communication skills.
- Solid digital literacy and CRM software experience.
- Strong understanding of multiple social media platforms.
- Current, valid Victorian Driver’s License.
