Burwood Council is seeking a Senior Team Leader for Civil Construction & Maintenance to supervise a small team of Team Leaders, labourers and contractors to deliver projects across roads, footpaths, drainage, and other assets. The role balances planning with in office supervision and contractor management.

You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, while advancing continuous improvement and using Assetic Mobility for field workflows.
