Job Description

Ecolab is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer for a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover. The role concentrates on Current Zealand and Fiji payroll, using MicroPay and related systems.

Deliver end-to-end payroll processing for ~250 employees, maintain master data, process filings, month-end closes, and respond to payroll queries across NZ, Fiji and Australia.

This position offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to broaden payroll expertise within a collaborative, global team.
