Airefrig Australia is a family-owned national wholesaler for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry with 13 branches throughout Australia with 3 branches here in Victoria.Airefrig has enjoyed continued growth over its 55 years in business.

The Role

Your responsibilities will centre on the day to day management of the branch and staff under your care. This includes but is not limited to:

- Overseeing warehouse activities including inwards and outwards goods.
- Stock management including forecasting, monitoring of stock levels and merchandising.
- Ensuring customer service is held to a high standard




- Customer interactions in the branch including building and creating relationships with regular patrons, upselling, technical queries and conflict resolution
- Delegation of daily tasks to maximise productivity
- Upholding company procedures and facilitating a safe work environment

The Successful applicant will have the below experience, skills and attributes

- A minimum of two years of managerial experience preferably within the refrigeration industry
- Strong leadership capability
- time management and self-management skills
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills

The successful applicant will receive training and support as well as an attractive salary package including a car allowance and business phone.
