About the Role

Work with children, adolescents and adults across disability, mental health and complex support needs.

Depending on your experience and interests, your work may include:

- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Activities of daily living and capacity building
- Home and living assessments
- Assistive technology
- Sensory assessment and intervention
- Psychosocial disability and mental health
- Complex and multidisciplinary presentations
- NDIS reports and recommendations
- Collaboration with families and broader support teams

You’ll work alongside our Behaviour Support, Psychology and Social Work clinicians, with access to multidisciplinary consultation and experienced clinical support.

Work independently, without working alone.

Independent Contractors

$125 per billable hour

Our contractor model is designed for experienced OTs who want greater flexibility and control over their workload, while remaining connected to a multidisciplinary team.

Contractors receive access to our referrals, Intake Team, administration, billing, systems, resources and professional development, without additional administration or operational support fees.

There are no additional administration, intake, billing, ICT or operational support fees.

Designed to reduce unnecessary administration while respecting the independence of your practice.

About You

You will need:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Relevant clinical experience
- Strong assessment and report-writing skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain
- Australian working rights
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Appropriate insurance if contracting
