Job Description

PHYSIO ON GROUP is seeking an experienced or confident early-career physiotherapist to join our Officer clinic. This is a flexible part-time position for a clinician who enjoys musculoskeletal physiotherapy, values professional independence and wants to provide high-quality care without double-booking or an excessive daily caseload.

THE ROLE

You will assess and treat a mixed caseload that includes:

- Private musculoskeletal patients
- WorkCover Victoria clients
- TAC clients
- NDIS participants
- Medicare Chronic Condition Management clients
- Sports, post-operative and persistent pain presentations

Your responsibilities will include:





- Conducting comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments
- Explaining findings and treatment recommendations clearly
- Developing evidence-informed treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Providing manual therapy and progressive exercise rehabilitation
- Completing clinical notes, reports and insurer documentation promptly
- Communicating with GPs, specialists, insurers and other stakeholders
- Managing your caseload with appropriate clinical independence

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

- Current general AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
- Full Australian working rights
- Robust communication and patient-education skills
- Sound musculoskeletal assessment and clinical reasoning
- Appropriate professional indemnity arrangements or willingness to obtain cover
- Ability to complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

At least two years of physiotherapy experience is preferred. However, we will consider an exceptional early-career physiotherapist who can demonstrate initiative, clinical reasoning and readiness to work with increasing independence.
