We are growing and are looking to add a new member to our team. Take the opportunity to join an established, busy, IT Service Provider with over 23 Years in the industry.

This is a full time position, with ordinary hours of work between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. You may also be required to perform reasonable after hours or on call work from time to time, depending on business and client needs.

Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills are essential. This role requires transacting with senior stakeholders within our Client’s organisations both via virtual meetings and in person. As such, professional presentation is essential. Our team is committed to helping you develop your skills through on-the-job training, great projects, coaching and other learning opportunities.

In this diverse and busy role, your responsibilities will include to:

Manage, support, improve, and ensure the stability of System Technologies using key Microsoft and related technologies;

Provide day-to-day ongoing support of Client operations;

Deliver industry leading technology solutions to our Clients;

Ensure the continuity, design and installation of new systems as required;

Support corporate clients with excellent IT support and advice;

Work across a diverse range of technical services and have the opportunity to develop your skill base;

Attend Client site to manage IT infrastructure as required;

Play a role within the team as we plan, prioritise, and respond to our Client’s needs.





This position is ideal for the applicant looking to accelerate their IT career and is best suited to someone looking to progress to the next level. The successful applicant will be closely mentored by the Senior Technology Consultant and the Founder of the company in tandem to advance their knowledge and expertise exponentially.

The following experience is ideal:

A relevant IT qualification and practical experience in an IT support, help desk or managed services environment

Experience providing Level 2 technical support, with an interest in progressing towards Level 3 responsibilities

Working knowledge of Microsoft enterprise environments and related technologies

Exposure to technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, HP servers, enterprise networking, Linux servers and Synology or HP storage solutions are considered advantageous

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to follow technical issues through to resolution

This role will be completed from our office in Port Melbourne, as well as on-going travel to Client site will be a key part of the role, as such, a current Australian Driver’s Licence and suitable, reliable, motor vehicle is required. Travel costs are compensated in addition to the base salary advertised.
