Dementia Australia is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support Brisbane or Melbourne offices. This full‑time, permanent role reports to the General Manager People and Culture Operations and partners with leaders on workforce planning, organisation design and employee relations.
You will lead remuneration analysis, workforce budgeting and complex employee relations matters while coaching leaders to enhance people management, engagement and performance across the organisation.
