About the role:

- Work across sophisticated corporate insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation matters.
- Advise insolvency practitioners, creditors, companies, directors and other stakeholders in relation to complex insolvency and restructuring disputes.
- Gain exposure to high-value and high-profile matters, with hands-on involvement from an early stage.
- Work alongside senior practitioners with significant experience handling some of the market’s most complex insolvency matters.

The ideal candidate:





- Associate with 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation and insolvency
- Strong technical skills and an interest in developing deeper expertise in complex insolvency disputes
- Comfortable taking ownership of matters while working closely with Partners and clients
- Commercial, pragmatic and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
