Site Supervisor/Foreman - Tiling High-rise Apartment

We are seeking a Site Supervisor / Foreman to join a growing tiling subcontractor specialising in Class 2 high-rise residential/commercial projects across Sydney.

n

Key responsibilities

n

Supervise and coordinate tiling and waterproofing works across Class 2 residential and large-scale commercial projects.

n

Coordinate subcontractors and trades from waterproofing through to tiling, inspections, defects and completion.

n

Liaise with builders, site teams and subcontractors to resolve issues and keep works on schedule.

n

Maintain site documentation, inspections, quality requirements and WHS standards.

n

About you

n

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Leading Hand/Site Foreman with a tiling/waterproofing subcontractor on Class 2 apartment projects of 100+ units.

n

Good understanding of the construction process from waterproofing through to tiling, inspections and defects.

n

Confident coordinating trades and maintaining high-quality standards on site.

n

Strong communication, organisation and coordination skills,



with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

n
