NCS Group Australia is seeking a Product Manager (Identity Verification) to own and drive CIAM identity verification capabilities within our transformation program. You will define policies, processes and customer journeys that balance seamless experience with fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with UX, Engineering, Privacy, Security and Operations to establish verification levels across onboarding, account recovery and high-risk transactions, turning complex risk needs
