Represent Trend Windows & Doors, a leader in the national building products industry, and take full responsibility for delivering a sustainable and profitable business locally for the Queensland region.

This senior leadership role has full P&L; accountability for revenue and EBITDA, including sales, service, and operational functions.

n

As part of the Trend leadership team, you will contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the business while managing a large operational manufacturing plant and showrooms with just over 120 employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Drive QLD sales growth and lead QLD operations.

- Operational Excellence: Ensure secure, efficient operations with a focus on productivity and ROI.

- People & Culture: Build engagement strategies that foster a premier performing culture.
n
- Customer Service: Strengthen loyalty and deliver superior product performance.
n
- Sales & Marketing: Implement strategic sales plans and promote a consultative sales culture.

- Business Development:



Drive continuous improvement aligned with group initiatives.

- Systems & Controls: Safeguard financial and physical assets in line with policies.

About You

- Proven leader with multi-functional experience in a national organisation.

- Expertise in operational excellence and lean methodologies.
n
- Collaborative influencer with strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.

- Customer-focused, systems-savvy, and resilient decision-maker.

- Diploma or higher qualification in engineering/ materials or related discipline (Bachelor's/Master's desirable).
