RSPCA Victoria is seeking casual Customer Care Officers to join our team at Burwood East or Pearcedale. You will be the first point of contact for the community, handling adoptions, surrenders and reclaiming animals with compassion and professionalism.
You will educate the public to promote responsible pet ownership, assist with intake processes, and support animal welfare outcomes while managing emotionally charged situations.
