What You'll Be Doing

n

Depending on your experience and level, you could be involved in:

n

n
- Delivering friendly, attentive service across the venue
n
- Taking orders and providing food and beverage service
n
- Working across the bar, floor, bistro and other FOH areas
n
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, service and cleanliness
n
- Supporting busy service periods and creating a outstanding guest experience
n
- Assisting with venue operations and day-to-day service




n
- Leading and supporting FOH teams
n
- Coaching and developing team members
n
- Helping drive service standards, team performance and venue results
n
- Supporting the management team with smooth day-to-day operations
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

We're open to a range of experience levels, from experienced F&B; team members through to mid-level management.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Previous hospitality experience highly regarded but not mandatory
n
- Strong food and beverage or bar experience
n
- A genuine passion for delivering great customer service
n
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced venue
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- A positive, hands-on approach
n
- Reliability and flexibility across a 7-day roster
n
- For senior roles, experience leading teams and supporting venue operations
n
- Current QLD RSA - essential
n
- Australian working rights
n
