Young Minds Academy – Hamlyn Terrace is open and we are looking for a few passionate, caring, and experienced Certified III-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team. We are looking for someone who puts child safety first!

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Certified III in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- At least 2 years' experience in an early learning setting
n
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
n
- A team player with a positive attitude
n
- Current First Aid and Working With Children Check
n
- HLTAID012 Child Care First Aid certification is required
n
- Permanent residency in Australia
n

In this role you will:

n

n
- Create and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
n




- Work closely with the Educational Leader to plan, reflect and improve programs
n
- Document children's learning and development
n
- Ensure child safety in all practice
n
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
n
- Contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan
n
- Support and mentor other team members
n
