Autism Association of Western Australia is seeking Shared Residential Home Coordinators to join our Community Living Team on a permanent full time basis in multiple locations across Perth Metro.

You will lead a team of Support Workers, liaise with families, therapists and other professionals, and ensure high-quality person-centred care in shared living homes. This frontline leadership role includes coaching responsibilities.
