Join our Stepz Fitness team on the Central Coast! We're seeking a dedicated leader to run our premium facility, drive membership growth, and build a club culture members love.

We combine 24/7 gym access with functional group training under one roof. As Gym Manager, you'll lead a passionate team and inspire our members to achieve their best, with the autonomy to run the club your way.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Sales & Growth

n

n
- Lead from the front with tours, follow-ups, and lead conversion
n
- Build relationships with new members and support their growth and journey with us
n
- Drive membership growth and retention
n

n

Team Leadership

n

n
- Lead, coach, and manage Personal Trainers, Group Instructors and staff
n
- Deliver and lead functional group training sessions where required
n

n

Club Operations

n

n
- Manage day-to-day operations of a 24/7
n
- Run Group Training supported by Stepz TV
n
- Maintain high standards across member experience, cleanliness, and compliance
n
- Ensure the club is always tour-ready and KPI-focused
n

n

Content & Socials

n

n




- Have fun creating a great member experience - share stories on social media and build engagement in club and online
n
- Get creative with regular photos and videos of the club and member achievements for Facebook and Instagram
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience as a Gym Manager, Assistant Manager, or Fitness Sales Manager preferred
n
- Strong background in sales, lead conversion, and customer service
n
- Confident team leader with high personal energy on the gym floor
n
- Self-motivated with the initiative to run a club autonomously
n
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or Saturdays
n
- Solid customer service, communication, and administrative skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum)
n
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
n
- Prior experience in a 24-hour gym is a plus, but not required
n

n
