Job Description

Duggan + Della is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel for an 8-month parental leave contract in Sydney. You will partner with senior stakeholders to provide pragmatic advice across commercial, technology, procurement, and regulatory matters.

You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, support data/privacy/IP/AI projects, and advise on financial services regulatory governance and risk. A commercially minded lawyer with 6–10 years post-admission and solid contract experience is ideal.
