- FTE Salary $125,769.80 per annum (pro-rata) + 12% Superannuation
- Salary packaging of up to $11,650 per annum

The role of the Senior Partner People & Culture is to:

- Partner with leaders to provide expert, practical support across a wide range of people and employee relations matters.
- Deliver timely, high-quality advice that helps teams navigate challenges and unlock opportunities
- Champion a person-centred approach, ensuring decisions prioritise wellbeing, inclusion, and employee experience
- Drive initiatives that build engagement, capability, and performance across the organisation
- Support leaders to create positive, productive, and values-driven team environments
- Contribute to strategic people initiatives that align with directorate and organisational goals

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a business-related discipline.
- 5 years’ experience in HR business partnering, with a focus on practical outcomes
- A genuine passion for people-centred care and creating inclusive, supportive workplaces
- Confidence in navigating complex employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism

- A proactive mindset and thrive in a fast-paced and complex workplace
