Pullman Sydney Hyde Park in Sydney is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items in a rapid-paced hotel kitchen. You will also maintain a clean, hygienic work environment and equipment.
As a leader, you will develop and coach junior chefs, and provide them with learning opportunities while collaborating with the Executive and Sous Chefs on menu development and creation.
