We're looking for passionate and experienced Baristas, Head Baristas and a Café Manager to join our growing team and help bring the Willy's Beans vision to life.

n

About You

n

We're looking for people who are passionate about coffee, take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy creating great experiences for customers.

n

Minimum 2 years' experience working with specialty coffee

n

Strong understanding of espresso, extraction and milk techniques

n

Excellent attention to detail and consistency

n

Confident working in a busy, fast-paced café environment

n

Passionate about customer service and creating genuine connections

n

Reliable, positive and a strong team player

n

Willingness to learn, grow and develop your coffee skills

n

In addition to the above:

n

2–3+ years' specialty coffee experience

n

Strong leadership and communication skills

n





Ability to lead by example and maintain consistently high coffee standards

n

Experience training and mentoring baristas

n

Strong understanding of café workflow and day-to-day operations

n

Ability to build a positive team culture and deliver exceptional service

n

In addition to the above:

n

Proven experience managing a busy café or hospitality venue

n

Strong operational and organisational skills

n

Experience managing staff, rosters, stock and day-to-day operations

n

Confident communicator with strong leadership skills

n

Experience with POS systems — Square/Shopify preferred

n

Basic understanding of P&L;, wage costs and café profitability

n

Strong focus on customer experience, team culture and operational excellence

n

For all positions:

n

Food Safety certification and RSA must be obtained within 3 months of commencing the role

n

Australian working rights are required
