AASHAPURI PTY LTD T/A PIZZAHUT PIMPAMA seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to lead the daily operations of our Pizza Hut store on a full time basis. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a sizable team, and drive a positive in-store experience.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
n
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
n
- Manage rostering and staff scheduling processes
n
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
n
- Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring store operations stay within financial guidelines
n
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed to maintain adequate stock
n
- Develop and implement performance plans
n
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
n
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations
n
- Drive visual merchandising and business development initiatives
n

About you

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail store or related environment, with 1-2 years of experience
n




- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing a sizable team
n
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive a positive in-store experience
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
- Proficiency in computer skills
n
- Any relevant qualification (Diploma level or higher), such as in Leadership, Management, or Business
n
- A passionate attitude that inspires the team to exceed goals
n
- A leadership style with an owner's mindset
n
- Knowledge of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations
n
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
