FEMALE PLUMBING APPRENTICE – ALL YEAR LEVELS

Pivot City Plumbing is looking for a motivated female plumbing apprentice to join our friendly and supportive team.

Whether you’re ready to begin your first year or you’ve already started your apprenticeship, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time opportunity to learn from experienced plumbers, develop practical skills and build a long-term career in the plumbing industry. You’ll gain experience across varied local work rather than doing the same task every day.

No previous plumbing experience is required for a first-year applicant. We’re primarily looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in learning the trade.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working alongside our qualified plumbers, you’ll learn and assist with:

- General plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Residential and commercial plumbing
- Drainage and blocked-drain work
- Installing and repairing plumbing fixtures
- Renovations and larger plumbing projects
- Identifying plumbing problems and learning how to resolve them
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Maintaining clean and protected vehicles, tools and work areas
- Completing the required trade training and coursework

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is genuinely interested in becoming a qualified plumber
- Enjoys practical,



hands‑on work
- Is reliable, punctual and ready to learn
- Has a positive attitude and works well within a team
- Takes pride in doing things properly
- Can listen to instructions while gradually developing initiative
- Communicates respectfully with customers and coworkers
- Understands the importance of workplace safety
- Holds, or is working towards obtaining, a current driver’s licence

A plumbing pre‑apprenticeship or previous industry experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Applications are welcome from female apprentices at any year level.
