About the role

Join the Parlour team at QT Sydney as an F&B; Attendant, bringing energy and genuine hospitality to our guests each morning.



You'll set the tone for the day taking orders, serving delicious food, and creating a warm, memorable experience that reflects QT's playful, design-led personality. This role suits someone reliable, guest-focused, and ready to hit the ground running on early starts.

What You’ll Bring

- 1+ year of experience as a F&B; attendant or waitstaff in a restaurant, bistro or hotel.
- Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
- Warm, friendly and approachable manor with guest experience at the forefront.
- Must be able to carry multiple plates and explicit tables.
- Ability to work morning shifts across the week.(minimum 20hrs per week)
- Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.
