Bunnings Warehouse is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily operations and high-volume stock in a busy specialist area. You will manage a team of 20+ colleagues, drive service standards, and work with internal teams to ensure best prices and broad range while maintaining safety and compliance.
You will report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, and be responsible for scheduling, performance coaching and customer experience across weekdays and weekends.
