Key responsibilities

- You'll play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering daily operations, driving productivity, efficiency and commercial outcomes while creating a positive, team-oriented workplace.

- Lead, coach and develop work teams to achieve organisational objectives.
n
- Supervise, train and mentor inmates to build practical skills and work readiness.
n
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with CSNSW and CSI policies and probity requirements.

What you need
n
n
- Minimum Certificate III Cabinet Making or equivalent.
n
- Current Driver Licence and willingness to drive as required by role.
n
- Forklift Licence desirable, otherwise must be willing to undertake training to obtain licence within set timeframe.
