The Opportunity

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll deliver excellent dining service, assist with food preparation, help set up and pack down dining areas and events, and build meaningful relationships that enhance the daily lives of residents. In this role, you’ll do more than serve meals- you’ll support our residents, foster meaningful connections, and help create a sense of community.

Your Impact

- Use the POS system to take orders while providing friendly, attentive, and personalised service to residents
- Serve meals and drinks throughout service times, ensuring every dining experience is welcoming and enjoyable
- Assistwith light food preparation, including plating meals and preparing simple items such as salads
- Support the setup and pack-down of events and dining spaces,maintainingclean, organised, and inviting areas throughout the day.
- Build meaningful connections with residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging

Whatyou'llbring

- Previouscustomer service or hospitality experience is desirable, but a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment is most important
- Friendly, people-focused attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
- Solid communicationskills and a genuine interest in connecting with residents
- Enthusiasm for working in retirement living and making a positive impact
- Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 vaccinations (required)

What we offer





- Casual Rate: $36.20/hr including casual loading+ superannuation + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates,overtimeand allowances
- Part Time Rate: $28.62/hr + superannuation + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates,overtimeand allowances
