Our client in Campbellfield is a leading manufacturer of municipal vehicles, including sweepers, sewer cleaning equipment and refuse collection vehicles. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Permanent Full-Time Warehouse Spare Parts Storeperson to join their team.

This is a hands-on warehouse role responsible for the receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of spare parts across the business. You will work closely with the Spare Parts and Workshop teams to ensure parts are accurately identified, located and available when required.

The role would suit an experienced Warehouse Storeperson, Spare Parts Interpreter, Spare Parts Storeperson who enjoys working in a busy environment and has an interest in developing their knowledge of heavy vehicles, machinery and specialised municipal equipment. Product and systems training will be provided.

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation

What You'll Be Doing

Warehouse & Spare Parts Duties

- Receive, unload, check and put away incoming spare parts deliveries.
- Pick and pack spare parts accurately for workshop, customer and branch requirements.
- Prepare parts for dispatch and coordinate outgoing freight.
- Identify and locate parts using part numbers, descriptions, catalogues and internal systems.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records within ERP/WMS systems.
- Conduct regular stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory checks.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and assist with inventory adjustments.
- Label, organise and maintain parts within the warehouse and storage areas.
- Perform quality and quantity checks on incoming and outgoing stock.
- Assist with supplier deliveries, purchasing and parts replenishment where required.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
- Work closely with the Spare Parts and Workshop teams to ensure parts are available when required.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a warehouse, storeperson, spare parts or inventory role.




- Experience handling and identifying spare parts is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking, receiving and recording stock.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning about heavy vehicles, machinery and municipal equipment.
- Experience using ERP, WMS or inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a small team.
- Good communication skills and a reliable, practical approach to work.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised workplace.

- Current Drivers License - own car

Desirable Experience

- Spare parts experience, particularly automotive, heavy vehicle, plant or machinery parts.
- LF Forklift Licence.
- Experience with inventory control, stocktakes and cycle counting.
- Experience using ERP/WMS systems.
- Exposure to heavy vehicle, diesel equipment or plant machinery parts.
- Experience with supplier purchasing or parts replenishment.
