Casual Front Office and Houskeeping posisition

Club Macquarie is seeking to appoint a reliable and self-motivated person to join our team in a versatile all-rounder role at our 36 room Macquarie 4 Star motel. This is a Casual position and will encompass both front office reception duties and general housekeeping, depending on the operational needs of the property.

Key responsibilities

n

Front Office

n

Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out processes

n

Manage reservations, guest enquiries, emails and telephone calls

n

Process payments and maintain accurate guest records

n

Provide local area information and deliver friendly, professional guest service

n

Complete general reception and administrative tasks

n

General cleaning and room checks

n

Highly visual approach to the property's cleanliness and maintenance

n

Unpacking and storage of linen in an organised and efficient manner

n

Assisting cleaners with the preparation of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces to a high standard as assigned

n





Restocking guest amenities and room attendant trolleys ensuring efficient servicing of rooms

n

Monitoring and promptly reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns

n

Working efficiently to meet daily room requirements

n

About you

n

Previous experience in accommodation; Front Desk and Housekeeping departments

n

A genuine passion for customer service and creating positive experiences

n

Excellent communication and attention to detail

n

Positive energy and physical fitness for a hands-on role

n

Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet daily schedules

n

Availability 7 days between the hours of 8am and 8pm
