What you will be doing:

- Provide professional RTW advice and negotiate physical capacity upgrades.
- Liaise with treating parties to drive claims forward and assist with onsite and remote RTW coordination.
- Develop tailored RTW plans and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Deliver injury management and early intervention services while maintaining high standards of case management and reporting.
- Foster strong relationships with employers, insurance brokers, and clients to achieve positive outcomes.
- Facilitate medical consultations, case conferences, and attend workplace meetings as needed.

What you will need:

- Australian recognised degree qualifications & registration in Psychology/Provisional Psychology or Rehab Counselling (AHPRA / ASORC)
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
