Great Southern Mental HealthService provides specialist inpatient and community mental healthcare, with multidisciplinary teams delivering services acrossAlbany, Katanning and surrounding communities.

About theRole: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilledClinical Nurse Specialist to join our Child and Adolescent MentalHealth Service.

In this role youwill:

- Provide advancedassessment, treatment and case management for children andadolescents with complex mental health needs.
- Deliver specialistclinical, consultancy and educational services to clients,carers and healthcare providers.
- Provide expert clinicalleadership and support to multidisciplinary teammembers.
- Coordinate qualityimprovement, risk management and best practiceinitiatives.
- Develop and evaluateclinical practice standards, policies and educationprograms.
- Foster collaborativepartnerships with hospitals, general practitioners, schools,community agencies and non-governmentorganisations.
