What you'll work on:

- Property valuation assignments
- CGT-related property matters
- Historical property analysis
- Renovation and improvement evidence
- Residential and commercial property
- Property research
- Specialist property advisory
- Accountant and client enquiries

Responsibilities:

- Undertake property research
- Inspect properties where required
- Analyse comparable evidence
- Prepare professional valuation and advisory reports




- Work alongside Quantity Surveyors
- Liaise with accountants, advisers and property owners
- Maintain appropriate professional standards
- Help Koste develop its valuation and property advisory capability

Experience:

- Strong property-market knowledge
- Strong report-writing capability
- Analytical judgement
- Client-facing skills
- Understanding of property taxation is advantageous.

Qualifications:

Relevant valuation qualification and appropriate registration or accreditation for the work undertaken. No specific CPV or RPV requirement is stated at this stage.
