You will deliver practical P&C; guidance to managers and staff, manage end-to-end employee relations matters, and participate in conciliation hearings to ensure policy and legislation compliance.
You will interpret enterprise agreements, maintain case records and escalate sensitive issues to the Advisory Lead.
