4 Days on / 4 Days Off Lifestyle Roster - Permanent Position.

We are seeking a focused Administration Clerk to work in our office at our Cardinia Transport Depot.

This will be a Permanent position but working a rolling 4 days on, 4 days off roster, giving the successful applicants increased time away from work, whilst earning a full time income. Your shifts will commence at 7:30am and usually working until 3:30pm. Please note:This roster will include working public holidays, when rostered on.

Your role will be focused towards, but not limited to:

- Manifesting and Consignment Note entries - using our dedicated transport software
- General Data Entry
- Scanning/filing
- Debriefing Driver paperwork
- POD entries

The successful candidate should possess many of the following attributes:

- Strong attention to detail, with high accuracy
- Experience within a Transport or Logistics Environment
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Robust attention to detail, with high accuracy
- Reliable and Flexible towards getting the job done
- Team Player
