Focused on renewable energy projects for blue chip commercial and industrial businesses,

this role owns end-to-end program delivery and reporting, leading a team of project managers, engineers and coordinators. You'll be accountable for safe, on-time, on-budget delivery, portfolio profitability, and continuous improvement of workflow and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Safe and successful delivery of all projects in the program
- Portfolio profitability and internal budget allocation
- Leading and resourcing a team of project managers, engineers and coordinators
- Developing and improving workflow processes
- Developing and improving performance reporting, including financial and resource management
- Direct project management delivery where required
- First point of escalation for incidents or disputes
- Management of program risk




- Technical scope finalisation (pre- and post-sales), including failure mode analysis for hybrid systems

- Experience in commercial grid-connected solar and storage project management
- Strong risk management and technical scoping skills
- Proven leadership, mentoring and team management ability
- A track record in project management and performance delivery
- Process development and management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage multiple teams
