South Eastern Private Hospital is seeking dedicated and experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Rehabilitation Unit on a permanent part time or casual basis. Based in Noble Park, VIC 3174, this rewarding role will see you providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients recovering from illness or injury.

What you'll be doing

- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for patients in the Rehabilitation Unit
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised patient care plans
- Providing holistic nursing care, including medication administration, wound management, and patient education
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient documentation
- Promoting a safe and therapeutic environment for patients

What we're looking for

- Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience , preferably in a rehabilitation setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
- Strong organisational and time management skills
