This is a genuine leadership opportunity with approximately 80% of your week focused on team leadership and 20% on a clinical caseload.

- $100,000 - $115,000 + Super - depending on experience
- Approx. 80% Team Leadership | 20% Caseload
- 2 WFH Days Per Week

Full-Time or Part-Time opportunity available - ideally 4 days minimum.

Your Role:

You’ll provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring and clinical supervision to the Occupational Therapy team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting clinicians with clinical reasoning and complex cases
- Providing feedback, supervision and professional development
- Conducting performance and development reviews
- Setting goals and supporting team KPIs
- Supporting clinician wellbeing and performance
- Assisting with onboarding and training
- Contributing to service development, clinical governance and quality improvement
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining a predominantly paediatric clinical caseload
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Strong applicants will have prior experience supervising clinicians or Team Lead experience
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
