As an authorised Mercedes-Benz dealership with operations across Fairfield and Epping, our teams work together to deliver the premium level of service our customers expect from the Mercedes-Benz brand.

We're currently looking for two exceptional people to join our Service teams — one at our Fairfield dealership and one at our Epping dealership.

We're looking for polished, energetic and customer-focused Service Concierges to join our team and play an important role in the customer service journey.

This is much more than greeting customers at the door.

You’ll be one of the first people our customers meet when they arrive and one of the last they see when collecting their vehicle. From welcoming customers and coordinating vehicle arrivals to preparing vehicles for handover, you’ll help ensure the entire experience feels organised, professional and genuinely welcoming.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days in a busy Mercedes-Benz service department are quite the same.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Welcoming customers and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Coordinating the customer journey from vehicle arrival through to collection
- Recording the condition of vehicles as they arrive
- Carrying out required factory scans on vehicles entering the Service Department
- Moving and coordinating vehicles throughout the dealership
- Presenting vehicles to customers ready for collection
- Supporting our Service Advisors and wider Service team with day-to-day administration and coordination
- Helping maintain an organised, qualified and inviting customer reception and waiting area
- Assisting with light café and customer hospitality duties when required




- Working collaboratively with teams across our dealership to keep the customer journey running smoothly.

Who We’re Looking For

You don't necessarily need years of automotive experience.

What matters most is that you’re great with people, highly organised and take genuine pride in the way you present yourself and look after customers.

You’ll be someone who:

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is warm, confident and comfortable engaging with a wide variety of customers
- Presents professionally and understands what premium customer service looks like
- Can remain organised and composed in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Is proactive and willing to jump in and help the team
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable moving and handling a variety of vehicles
- Takes pride in creating a great experience for every customer.

A current and valid driver's licence is essential for this position.

Previous experience in automotive, hospitality, hotels, airlines, luxury retail, reception or other premium customer service environments would be highly regarded.

Two Locations. Two Opportunities.

We have two full-time Service Concierge opportunities available — one based at Fairfield and one based at Epping.

Both positions offer the same opportunity to become part of the broader 3 Point Motors team and represent Mercedes-Benz in a highly visible, customer-facing role.
