Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager - Trade to lead a rapid-paced, customer-focused team in a store setting. You will shape how commercial customers experience our business, drive growth and build team capability while delivering day-to-day store performance.
You will work within a supportive leadership team to empower staff, strengthen customer partnerships and deliver an end-to-end trade experience. A 1-in-3 weekend roster and some public holiday work are required.
