Inspired by almost 90 years of fishing on the Greek Islands, Hunky Dory was established in 2004 as a family business with a vision of offering healthier seafood options alongside the more traditional fish and chips. With 16 stores across Melbourne, Hunky Dory is on a path of continued expansion and brand growth.

We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our South Melbourne team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality workplace and is ready to take the next step in their career.

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the FOH team and ensuring each shift runs smoothly, efficiently and to Hunky Dory standards.

What will you do:

- Lead and supervise the FOH team, including allocating staff to stations and managing the team throughout service
- Take responsibility for the smooth running of each shift,



including opening, closing and handovers
- Deliver excellent customer service, manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Oversee POS operations, orders and cash handling while ensuring service runs efficiently
- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate service and maintain high standards
- Maintain FOH presentation, cleanliness, food safety and Hunky Dory service standards
- Support the training and development of new and existing team members
- Be hands-on during busy periods and lead by example

What do you need:

- Previous hospitality supervisory or leadership experience (QSR or high-volume hospitality experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to confidently lead a team during busy service periods
- Reliable, organised and able to work under pressurePositive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends
- RSA Certificate
