RT Health is seeking a Member Retention Consultant to be the first point of contact for members in the Parramatta contact centre. You will promote RT Health products, assist members considering cancellation, and win back those who have left.
This full time, permanent role offers hybrid working; hours are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will manage member issues related to price, product or claim to retain members in line with guidelines.
