Geelong Grammar School in Victoria is seeking a Deputy Head of Campus | Boarding to provide strategic and operational leadership across student wellbeing, pastoral care, boarding operations, and family engagement.

Reporting to the Head of Campus Timbertop and working with the Deputy Head of Campus | Program, you will lead 24/7 residential care, strengthen staff capability, and ensure safeguarding, incident management, and campus safety are consistently upheld.
