Grampians Health is seeking a psychologist to help deliver Psychological First Aid education, coaching, and implementation support that strengthens workforce capability and contributes to a psychologically secure workplace across Grampians Health campuses.
You will work with the Post-Incident Psychological Safety Lead, drive stakeholder engagement, and provide onsite facilitation, coaching and mentoring with regular travel and occasional overnight stays. Registration with AHPRA is required.
