Full-time Sales Assistants - Retail Camera and Photography Sales

For over 20 years, Digital Camera Warehouse is a specialist in eCommerce photography, videography and accessories. We're passionate about delivering one of Australia's best digital camera buying and service experiences – combing expert knowledge with outstanding customer service.

The Role

If delivering exceptional customer service, sharing your product expertise, and creating engaging in-store displays comes naturally to you—this could be the perfect role.

n

We're currently looking for experienced Full-time sales assistant to join our team at our Canterbury, NSW store.

n

A background in photographic retail is a plus, but not essential—we're happy to train the right person. If you've worked in consumer electronics or telecommunications retail, we'd especially love to hear from you.

n

Flexibility is key, as these roles require availability across retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods.

About You
n To succeed in this position, you will need:

n

Previous experience in the retail industry specifically in sales and KPI-driven roles

n

Background in Photographic, Consumer Electronics or similar sales experience

n

Excellent sales skills and be able to meet productivity targets in a retail role

n

High energy,



enthusiasm and passion to strengthen our sales and provide exceptional customer experiences

n

Be confident & capable in working with digital technology and devices

n

Excellent telephone manner and outstanding customer service skills
