We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our high performing team and help bring the FDC brand to life across our marketing, content, campaigns and events.

n

The role

n

This is a hands‐on role for someone who enjoys making things happen.

n

Working as part of FDC's Group Marketing team, you'll coordinate a broad range of marketing activity across the business – from campaigns and content to digital channels, events and brand initiatives.

n

No two weeks will look exactly the same. You might be coordinating a campaign, briefing creative, updating digital content, helping deliver an event or working with teams across the business to showcase our people and projects.

You'll be responsible for:

n

- Coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives from brief through to delivery
n
- Developing and coordinating content across website, social and other digital channels
n
- Supporting FDC events, activations and client engagement initiatives
n
- Managing marketing collateral and branded materials
n
- Briefing and coordinating external creative,



production and other agency partners
n
- Supporting project photography, video and project case study development
n
- Helping maintain consistency of the FDC brand across the business
n
- Coordinating marketing calendars, timelines and campaign deliverables
n
- Working with teams across FDC to identify and develop great stories about our people, projects and culture
n
- Supporting the broader Marketing team with day‐to‐day activity and new initiatives
n

About you

n

You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You'll enjoy working with people and be equally happy developing an idea as you are getting into the detail required to deliver it.

n

Ideally, you'll bring:

n

n
- 2-4 years' experience in a marketing, communications or similar role
n
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Experience coordinating campaigns, content and digital channels
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing deadlines
n
- A practical, collaborative approach and willingness to get involved
n
- Experience with CMS, email marketing, social media or marketing platforms will be highly regarded
n

Experience in construction, property or skilled services is welcome, but not essential. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, capability and fit for our team.
