About the Opportunity

We're gearing up for our busiest and most exciting season of the year and are looking for enthusiastic Christmas Casual Front of House team members to join us across our 3 venues: Public Bar, Flores & Lately

n

We're seeking Floor Staff, Bar Staff, and Events Staffto help deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the festive season and beyond.

n

Please note: The earliest commencement date for successful candidates will be early to mid-October.

What You'll Do

n

As a Front of House team member, you'll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences by:

n

n
- Delivering warm, genuine and attentive service
n
- Greeting guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
n
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
n
- Running food and drinks efficiently and professionally
n
- Supporting bar operations, including beverage preparation and service (for bar team members)
n
- Assisting with functions, events and busy service periods
n
- Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness and safety standards
n
- Processing cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
n
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences
n

n

About You

n

We're looking for individuals who are friendly, reliable and passionate about hospitality.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, bar or Front of House experience
n
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Availability throughout the busy summer and holiday period
n
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
- A team-first mindset and willingness to learn
n

n

Premium dining or high-volume venue experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
